Position Specific Description
* Regional responsibility for Western US. Travel will be required for this role
* Primary function will be to drive process discipline in the field teams
* Boots on the ground liaison between sites and Engineering Operations & Support Services (EOSS)
* Creates a strong connection between EOSS and the field
* Adapting and closing gaps on foundational PGD Reliability processes for the grown solar and battery organization
* Ensure RCAs are completed and implemented
* Leads special projects and support solar field technician/ engineers continuous improvements initiatives to reshape our business for the future driving down cost
* Helps drive large continuous improvement projects in field
* Becomes a change agent for innovation
* This position may start in the field initially and transition back to the central organization once we have more mature reliability processes, data and levels of automation as we are more scalable and less people dependent
