What you need to know about this position:
The Data & Analytics Lead for Enterpise Performance Management (internally known as MARCO - Management Analytics & Reporting Capabilities) and Consumer/eCom will direct Mondelezs internal data, analytics and reporting organization by overseeing data strategy, all analytics and reporting activities for the MARCO analytics product and the Consumer/eCom functional areas within the company. In addition, this role will lead our key Data and Analytics platforms for MARCO and Consumer/eCom analytics used by the senior leadership team (i.e. MLT) and each of our 14 Business Unit leadership teams and 4 region leadership teams).
They will lead teams responsible for developing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics and advanced statistical methodologies to turn data into actionable insights. This role will also be accountable for developing progressive analytics strategies, transforming and advancing analytic capabilities and enabling analytics-based decision making across multiple stakeholder groups.
They will influence and collaborate with senior business stakeholders to create solutions aimed at solving some of the most complex strategic challenges within Mondelez.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Strong leadership competencies (like influencing, strategic thought leadership, adaptability, learning agility, creativity) / people management experience with a proven ability to lead a diverse team
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Education / Certifications:
A minimum of 10 years of IT and business/CPG or FMCG industry work experience, with leadership experience in managing multiple, medium to large cross-functional teams or projects, influencing senior level management and key business stakeholders.
Minimum of 7 years of analytics experience, as well as traditional business intelligence experience.
