How you will contribute
You will:
* Work with business leads to establish compensation priorities and objectives, specifically in the area of sales compensation.
* Consult on complex employee compensation issues; providing compensation expertise and advice to People Leads to resolve escalated issues
* Design & own incentive compensation programs and design, develop and own core incentive strategy / framework for North America Region
* Lead the design and implementation of all necessary tools and processes to support strategic compensation management and administration

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including ability to convey complex concepts in presentation materials and in delivering presentations to all audiences
* Progressive Compensation experience; should include Design, Development, and Implementation of Executive, Equity and Incentive programs
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree is required, Masters degree preferred
* 6 or more years of experience in design and implementation of Sales and Field Incentive Plans
* 10 or more years of progressive compensation experience
* Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) & Direct Store Delivery (DSD) is strongly preferred
* Consulting experience would be ideal
