Basic Function
The HR Project Manager will directly contribute to the companys initiatives, leading the planning and execution of large-scale, complex projects and programs directly aligned with HR projects portfolio. The HR Project Manager is responsible for driving designated project kickoff through planning, and execution as well as providing scalable, repeatable, and transferable processes and tools to further evolve the companys HR capabilities. This position will report to the Senior HR Manager PMO Office and is located at our North American Headquarters in Downtown Houston. Roles & Responsibilities
Develops and implements detailed project plans with clear identification of resources, dependencies, risks and milestones.
Partners with all relevant Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders to drive integration project plans to implementation with concise goals, operating mechanisms, and regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensures effective and consistent communication at all levels that give clear sight of progress of the project.
Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies and manages project risks; escalates as needed for resolution.
Defines and applies a consistent monitoring program that will ensure successful delivery of projects and continuous project improvement.
Manages relationships with cross-functional project partners and service providers.
Develops and maintains professional relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders across the target company and other functional areas.
Tracks integration success metrics post-close in partnership with key stakeholders.
Ensures cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively.
Identifies and allocates resources as necessary to ensure business needs, as well as project/program deliverables, are met. Manages resource load schedules and communicates resource requirements and staffing needs.
Min. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with MS also required.
Minimum of 8 years relevant PM professional work experience.
Solid project management skills; successful track record of leading complex projects requiring coordination of work across multiple stakeholders, consensus building, problem resolution, and consistent demonstration of process improvement.
Able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
Sound planning and problem solving capacity and thorough decision-making skills.
Robust presentation and analytical skills including expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Highly organized with great attention to detail while keeping the larger picture in mind.
Understanding of all HR disciplines, including the HR business partner role, organizational development, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and operations.

Possess a consultative style and approach with the proven ability to develop credible relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels.
