Providence Heart Downtown Laurel is looking for an experienced Clinical Coordinator III (RN, management) to join their team.

Providence Medical Group's team of cardiologists are known throughout the Midlands for providing top quality cardiac care, and not just by the patients and other physicians. Our cardiologists are recognized industry-wide for their success treatment of heart disease. Essential Functions

* Manages daily operations of clinical and clerical employees, including staffing schedules, while maintaining an efficient and professional work atmosphere.

* Develops and sets goals at the process, job, and interface level to ensure optimal patient care in order to meet overall organizational goals.

* Hires, trains, develops, and disciplines departmental personnel.

* Evaluates performance and implements formal performance feedback of designated personnel.

* Responsible for supply inventory and ordering; submission of vendor invoices to Accounts Payable.

* Responsible for payroll and overtime management; disciplinary actions as needed per Human Resources policy.

* Participates in the enforcement of Providence Health policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistent administration.

* Pursues professional development activities to ensure currency with present practices and trends in health care.

* Responsible for optimization of the flow of patients through the clinical and scheduling process, addressing issues and resolving to the satisfaction of the patient and the organization.

* Ensures compliance with regulations and with practice standards of quality patient care.

* Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other office/department managers to ensure all policies are followed in order to provide exceptional quality of care while remaining under compliance.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education

RN required.

Minimum Work Experience

Minimum of three years of clinical experience; staffsupervision experience preferred.

Required Licenses [South Carolina, United States] RegisteredNurses
SC LPN licensure required.
