Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking a full time (.8 fte) Cath Lab Registered Nurse . Duties are to provide direct patient care to adult patients undergoing a variety of diagnostic and interventional cardiology and interventional radiology procedures throughout the peri-procedural time period. Responsibilities include: preparing patients for a variety of invasive and non-invasive cardiac, vascular, electrophysiology and interventional radiology procedures, monitoring, documenting peri-procedure and post-procedure care, teaching and follow-up care. This is a 7 days on - 7 days off schedule. Scheduled for 60 hour during the week on, plus call for the other hours during the week on.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing, BSN, preferred.
Current licensure by Wisconsin State Board of Nursing.
BLS provider and ACLS certification required.
2 years critical care or equivalent experience required.
Previous Cardiac catheterization lab, Electrophysiology Lab or Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
