Job Description:
This position is for a highly motivated, self-starting individual to assist the Mission Avionics Sector with various financial & management analyses. These tasks would include, but are not limited to, interfacing with functions across the organization to ensure accurate and timely reporting of Division financials as it pertains to discretionary balances, ad hoc type analyses, closure meetings, MFR presentations to Segment and many other key deliverables on a monthly basis. This position will directly support the Sector CFO and FP&A; Manager, while also serving as a key resource to the Division CFO's and FP&A; analysts across multiple sites.
Essential Functions:
* Interface with Segment Leadership to track Discretionary balances across the Sector
* Assist Sector Leadership in pulling together Closure (2x monthly) and MFR (1x monthly) packages each month
* Strong analytical skills needed to digest large amounts of data and formulate trend analysis in a timely manner
* Self-motivation will be key to ensuring success in this role
Qualifications:
* 3+ Years' Experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion FCSTSI, HFM, CRM, DRM and Excel
* Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior finance experience OR Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior finance experience.
