As a member of our Fort Collins SoC Staff you will drive operational excellence through standardizing our team goals, issues, and stats which will be tracked and driven while enabling and teaching team members to clarify how issues and action strategies are driven and communicated. As a manager it is important to set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.

In this role you will be responsible for:

* Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation

* Manage a team of 7+ Back-End Engineers

* Oversees the delivery of the back-end database

* Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits

* Performs all aspects of the SoC design flow from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, timing and power to create a design database that is ready for manufacturing

* Analyzes EDA tools to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results

* May also review vendor capability to support development

* Develops, and evaluates SoC design engineers to ensure the efficient operation of the function

Colorado Pay Transparency Law requires that Intel discloses the compensation for jobs which could be performed in Colorado. Intel anticipates that the annual base pay range for this role in Colorado is min $130,020.00 - max $195,420.00.

In addition to base pay, regular Intel employees are eligible for an Annual Performance Bonus (APB) and Quarterly Profit Bonus (QPB). Payout of APB is subject to eligibility and other program conditions as well as the Companys performance to its operational and financial goals. Payout of QPB connects Intels employees to the quarterly profits of the Company. Employees in eligible sales and marketing positions receive commission in lieu of APB but are eligible for QPB. Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent and 6+ years of experience -OR- a Masters degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent and 4+ years of experience in:

* Influencing and leading peer first line managers

* Technical or managerial team leader

* BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
