SCHEDULE: Full-time

The Assistant Controller administers general accounting practices in adherence with corporate accounting policy (APG) and internal audit guidelines; interprets data, and prepares financial analyses of operations for the guidance of management. Facilitates the preparation of the annual financial reports including but not limited to: Medicare Cost Report, work paper package and the AHCA prior year report package.

Memorial Hospital of Tampa has been providing comprehensive healthcare services for residents of south Tampa for more than 40 years. Conveniently located near downtown Tampa, the 183-bed acute care hospital is Joint Commission accredited and provides 24-hour emergency care, behavioral health, cardiovascular services, general surgery and imaging and diagnostic services.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting

Experience:

3-5 years accounting experience in hospital fiscal services. CPA preferred
