Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
* Plans, coordinates, and executes training.
* Identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training.
* Provides technical expertise to meet GAP strategic objectives.
* Must have the ability to understand, visualize, communicate, and assess key decisions, risks, and critical intelligence and information requirements in support of training.
* Gathers observations based and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs).
* Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs
Required qualifications include:
* BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 15+ years of experience
* Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of training programs.
* Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills.
* Must have an active Top Secret security clearance and able to obtain a TS/SCI
Preferred qualifications include:
* Masters Degree from an accredited University.
Experience in the Military and/or DoD Intelligence communities.
