* Resolving critical IT-related issues that negatively impact the customer's mission
* Collaborating with teammates and government customers to identify process improvements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
* Minimum of 15 years related experience.
* This position is for an Expert Program Manager to work with OMA front office on tracking and managing the Integrated Master Schedule for eCables go live which consists of approx 15 applications and over 140 milestones across 8 different groups. Also defining the data migration of 52,000lotus notes databases.
* Plans and coordinates technical activities including data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and software development.
* Performs day to day management of the program and develops long term and strategic objectives to ensure that end users requirements will be satisfied.
* Performs horizontal integration planning, and interface with other functional areas ensuring that technical solutions and schedules are implemented.
Mandatory skills:
* Demonstrated experience in creating long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex integrated master schedule.
* Demonstrated experience in working with multiple groups to solve integration issues.
* Demonstrated experience using powerpoint and viso.
* Demonstrated experience in identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
* Demonstrated experience in assisting in the definition of project scope and goals.
* Demonstrated experience in making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with a project.
* Demonstrated experience using PMF Framework
