Job Title: Alternate Contract Maintenance Manager (ACMM).

Job Summary:

EMCOR Government Services is seeking a talented Alternate Contract Maintenance Manager (ACMM) for Operations and Maintenance Services supporting Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) at Ft. Detrick, MD. The ACMM shall be responsible for the performance of the work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* The CMM shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all task order matters relating to daily operation of this task order.
* Responsible for day-to-day onsite facilities management for a large medical research facility.
* Responsible for supervision of a work force responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of all facility systems and subsystems, and selected equipment typically found in a medical research facility.
* Oversee diverse team of managers, leads, technicians, and administrative staff.
* Ensure staff and subcontractors adhere to management plans and processes, including safety and quality requirements.
* Direct scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work.
* Coordinate closely with customer Facility Management points of contact in providing formal and ad hoc reports, scheduling services, sharing program status, and making best practice recommendations.
* Ensure work is completed in compliance with contract requirements, healthcare codes and regulations, budgets, and performance standards.

Qualifications:

* Two two (2) years supervisory experience in medical or research facility operations, including the supervision of a work force responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of all facility systems and subsystems, and selected equipment
* Working experience with NFPA and OSHA codes and standards along with knowledge of the AAALAC, CDC, NIH, Biosafety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories, and related accrediting organizations.
* Able to able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
* Proficient in the use of the Facility Module of the Defense Medical Logistics Support System (DMLSS-FM)
* Imbedded facilities management experience is required.
