The Role:

As Product Manager for eBay Stores, you'll be responsible for defining, designing, and influencing the products that we build for our Sellers. You will work closely with our users, regional partners and other functions supporting Stores within eBay to help define the key set of product requirements and products that will help us become the platform of choice for our existing Sellers and new ones.

* Become and expert on sellers Own and execute a comprehensive roadmap to deliver high quality feature improvements and new products that provide value to our customers

* Deliver on the most effective set of product solutions and go-to-market strategy for eBay customers.

* Build and foster relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

* Conduct discovery to understand current state, and define future states

* Work with partners to define, build and launch products and platform features

* Understand and synthesize data to make informed decisions and monitor change performance

* Drive a culture of quality, customer-centricity, scalability, and reliability



You are:

* A Self-Starter. Seek out new opportunities, dont shy away from challenges, and bring your energy and enthusiasm to the office every single day.



You Have:

* At least five years of industry experience in product management or a related role

* Ability to think and work independently, demonstrate creativity and deliver quick results

* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment

* History of strong relationships with engineering, business partners, and operational users.

* Excellence in translating stakeholder's needs into clear roadmaps and rollouts with measurable impact.

* Strong analytical and quantitative skills

* Comfort sorting through ambiguity in order to drive to practical business impact

* Work with the larger cross-functional team to define the product strategy, business strategy, operation plan and detailed roadmap

* Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile teams is desirable

* Proficiency in basic data analysis using tool such as Excel, SQL, Tableau

* Education in technology and business domains BS in BA or CS or related disciplines is a clear plus.
