DISH Network's Local Retailer sales channel is focused on partnering with authorized DISH retailers and developing go to market strategies that will increase our retailer's production and profitability. Our retailers offer physical storefronts and a personalized sales experience to thousands of DISH customers in rural areas across America.

Responsibilities:
* Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
* Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
* Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs
* Ensures the execution of company standards as they relate to the sales department
* Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program
* Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques
* Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
* Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
* Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
* 7+ years leadership / management or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ability to travel 75% of the time
* Ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate with and influence executive leadership.
* Must have excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
* Requires high-level computer expertise, including use of internet, Microsoft Office and G Suite applications
* Flexible, innovative and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment
Compensation: $55,800.00/Yr. - $76,900.00/Yr.
