Application requirements:

* Completed online application
* 2 Letter References from Educators from your clinical courses
* Transcript
* Assessment

Anticipated timeline:

* Feb & March: Application, Interview, and Selection Process
* April: RN Bridge Teammates Selected
* May: Start program

Qualifications:

* Current Nursing Student at accredited Nursing Program
* GPA of 3.0 or above in nursing core curriculum
* Flexibility to travel within a certain geography
* Flexibility to work full time during the summer between your Jr. and Sr. year of nursing school
* Ability work flexible hours during your Sr. year of nursing school
* Desire to work in a hospital setting with high acuity patients
* Ability to quickly develop relationships and build rapport
* Demonstrated ability to assess situations quickly and provide solutions
