What We Expect
* Class A cdl with 1 year verifiable experience
* Doubles endorsement on license, experience strongly preferred but willing to train
* Physically adept to couple & uncouple trailers
* Available to work overtime during the week
* Willing to work evening hours 4 PM to early AM
* Good attendance
* Understanding of supply chain logistics & operations

A Typical Day in Core-Mark Double Delivery
You will start out at the Ryder Shop at your HUB location where you will couple empty 28' trailers together, perform pre-trip inspections and deliver empty doubles to the home office in Leitchfield, Ky.
Once you have arrived, you will uncouple trailers and back into the loading dock where you may or may not off load any totes or returned product that may have been picked up by the delivery drivers. Returned equipment/merchandise vary from day to day but minimal in quantity or nothing at all.
Warehouse personnel will then proceed to load the trailers with product, while you wait you will interact with the night shift transportation employees going over paper work and delivery plans, and prior to beginning your journey home and perform pre and post trip inspections. There will be wait time while you are being loaded but paid hourly from the time you leave the Ryder HUB in Indianapolis until the time you return back. Additional duties may be required per the transportation manager.
