Were Growing! Conagra Brands (the one and only home of Vlasic pickles, peppers and relish!) located in Imlay City is hiring full-time production workers due to ever-increasing customer demand! Your new career is just around the corner only thirty minutes from Port Huron, Flint, Washington Township, Richmond, North Branch, Smiths Creek, and Marysville, and less than 20 minutes from Lapeer, Capac and Almont.

Now paying higher starting wages effective March 1st! HIGHER WAGES! PAYING $15.25/per hour up to $15.71/per hour! plustwo paid 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch. Overtime paid after 40 hours Double time after 55. Shift Premium: $0.25/2nd shift, $0.40 3rd shift.

Production positions including: Quality Control (SPC), Labeler Operator, Capper Operator, Traypack Operator, Palletizer Operator, Relish Manufacturing + 3rd Shift Sanitation Technician (10p until 6a)

Responsibilities

* Complete routine quality checks and documentation in accordance with standard work
* Work closely with Quality, Production Supervisors and Crew leaders to support production demand and maintain product packaging quality standards
* Work well in a team oriented environment

Requirements

* Adhere to standard work procedures
* Read and interpret documents, including but not limited to, safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Accurately and legibly complete written documentation
* Recognize and establish priorities.
* Compliance with plant safety and quality procedures
* Must be dependable, self-motivated and maintain an acceptable attendance record
* Overtime as scheduled (daily and weekend)
* Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements
* Safe Food Handling

SKILLS

* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Organized and self-directed
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
