Inventory Control Lead

Job Description
* Must be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to analyze and solve problems
* Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and maintain organization and between cross-functional departments
* Must be able to give and take direction in high pressure situations
* Must have prior leadership experience and prior food manufacturing/warehouse/inventory experience
* Must be able to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
* Must be able to multitask and work across the various functional areas of the facility
* Electric pallet jacks a must, and possible training for forklift machinery.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with timecard software
* Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $21.55
