This role will have responsibility to implement, improve, and operationally support capabilities deployed to address healthcare compliance and anti-bribery risks globally.
Review analytic dashboards used to monitor trends as assigned, promptly and effectively identifying points of concern for further follow-up.
Provide support for Compliance & Ethics monitoring tools by verifying data validity on periodic loads, spot-checking monitoring tools globally to ensure consistent performance, and managing releases addressing areas for improvement.
Partner with other members of the COE to develop and implement specific training programs to help users when new analytics are rolled out.
Lead global train the trainer sessions on monitoring tool and act as subject matter expert/main point of contact for any questions.
Actively collaborate within the COE to prioritize, and partner with relevant stakeholders to drive assigned initiatives through their lifecycle from proof of concept and development to implementation and change management
Provide prompt, expert advice to users who may have questions on the use and interpretation of all Compliance & Ethics analytic programs.
Continuously report up to company leadership significant matters regarding the Companys Compliance program.
Support other ad-hoc projects as identified.
Requirements
BA/BS degree required.
Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare related experience; at least 3 years experience in an auditing or monitoring role with exposure to healthcare compliance (HCC) and anti-bribery compliance (ABAC)
Experience with implementing analytical HCC monitoring solutions strongly preferred
3-5 years experience in project management preferred
General understanding of Global HCC and ABAC laws, regulations, and industry codes; working knowledge of sales, marketing, market access, and medical processes and applicable policies, procedures, and guiding principles
Keen analytical ability and attention to detail.
Ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships with peers; successful experience in cross-functional interactions.
Superior personal integrity and ethics, including an exceptional sense of discretion; outstanding interpersonal skills.
