The Human Resources Talent Management team is currently seeking two Senior Managers who will perform as game changers to Building a Better Boeing.

The Manager of Talent Management will be responsible for providing real-time consultation to one of Boeings divisions (either Commercial or Global Services), provide leadership in the talent management space and integrated across the entire Human Resources function (Executive Search, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Diversity & Inclusion). This individual will provide high-value, coordinated consultation and integrated solutions to tackle business challenges, pro-actively mitigate risks and ensure our business goals and objectives deliver repeatable outcomes through-out our business. The chosen candidate will also anticipate future trends and design breakthrough programs to create a greater focus on the following; employee experience, inclusion and equity, enable best team and talent outcomes, and lead a team that is focused on diligent continuous improvement.
There is no location preference for these roles and the individual can be located at any US site.

Position Responsibilities:

* Serve as a thought partner, consultant, and content expert to shape Talent Management (including succession strategy/assessments or executive movement) on a global scale
* Build and develop a best-in-class HR function

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* 5+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
* Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 3+ years of experience developing and executing talent management strategies
* Experience managing and successfully leading HR strategy and process development and implementation across matrixes teams (and/or through geographically dispersed direct reports) in a large company
* Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
* Strong builder of cross-functional relationships; connect and advise at senior levels within the business, thoughtfully challenging leadership when necessary
* Experience designing and implementing innovations within a collaborative environment
* Experience attracting, managing, and developing a high performing team
