The Boeing RF unit production in El Segundo CA. is seeking a couple RF Techs to join the team.

Position Responsibilities:

* Performs incidental related duties as assigned or required for testing, tuning or troubleshooting.
* Performs mechanical assembly, bonding, staking, overcoating, torqueing, gap welding, etc.
* Collecting data, analyzing data trends, and keeping records, requiring proficiency with available applications software and hardware.
* Assists Engineers as required to summarize current test data and prepare charts and graphs for inclusion in next-level data packages

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

* Knowledge of RF/Microwave theory and principles
* 2 Yr Degree

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

* Have comprehensive knowledge of RF/Microwave theory and principles (EX: S-Parameters, Ohms Law, Impedance/Inductance, wavelength)
* Able to tune RF circuits (Ka/Ku Band Combline filters, Ku/Ka Band LNAs, High Frequency MMICs) in a timely manner
* Does not require any oversight from engineering to perform test related activities and be able to effectively perform multiple test related activities simultaneously. Must be self aware and self learner.
* Able to operate /calibrate complex test stations (PNAX, High Frequency Equipment)
* Can assist engineer with basic circuit layouts
* Assist in production planning, read requirements and help build test plans.

High School Diploma or GED
