Please review the following job description:

Provide process, design and analysis support for developing solutions for interfacing business applications. Drive requirements elicitation process for work efforts of all size and complexity. Work in a direct or indirect leadership capacity to influence collaboration, communication and outcomes of various. Provide project and portfolio management for smaller projects and business enhancements. Serve as a key liaison between line of business (LOB) and Application Delivery Services (ADS). May manage a small team of Business Analyst associates and/or contractors.

Seeking candidate with the following experience:

* Loan Origination application
* End to End business processes and systems for business units
* Digital Strategy Initiatives
* Consumer Lending, Commercial Lending and Mortgage Lending domain

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Serve as a key liaison between ADS, Data and Technology Services (DTS) teams and other LOBs.
2. Collaborate with peer groups in DTS and other LOBs to identify, document and communicate business needs and provide technology solutions.
3. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes and strategies.
4. Establish project and work requests requirements using document, business process and workflow analysis. Ensure all stakeholders are involved in requirements gathering activities.
5. Plan, elicit, capture, analyze and validate business, functional and technical requirements.
6. Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and walkthroughs with business, ADS and other DTS resources.
7. Perform current state analysis of existing business systems, applications and functions.
8. Prepare user interface diagrams, business process and workflow diagrams in support of small work requests (enhancements) or large scale initiatives.
9. Understand the long-term business objectives and suggest strategies to meet those objectives and introduce technical innovations, as needed.
10. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business process owners and other stakeholders to develop acceptance criteria and a plan to facilitate user acceptance testing of a solution that meets the business requirements.
11. Assist/coordinate pre-planning activities (e.g. business case, project estimate, project risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, draft charter).
12. Improve and optimize service delivery utilizing structured problem solving methodology.
13. Attend business unit management meetings, as needed.
14. Facilitate routine meetings with business stakeholders to provide updates on in-flight initiatives.
15. Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions, processes and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects.
16. Understand core systems, applications and technical platforms.
17. Subject-matter expert who can easily analyze the business applications and technologies.
18. Strict adherence to all ADS policies and standards (e.g. Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Change Management).
19. Coach and mentor junior level Business Analyst associates and team members.

Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Ten years of information technology experience with significant experience in software development
3. Eight years of experience as a business analyst or related role/experience, with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Project Management
Business Process Management
Relationship Management
Business Operations
Quality Management
4. Ability to work independently and autonomously, as needed to drive desired outcomes
5. Experience with traditional Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean methodologies
6. Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements
7. Ability to interact with management, business staff, ADS and DTS personnel in order to gather, compile and exchange information on work requests/project requirements
8. Strong ability to resolve conflicts
9. Strong meeting facilitation, presentation, verbal and written skills
10. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints
11. Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels
12. Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment
13. Excellent facilitation and organizational skills
14. Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
15. Strong team player with a good work ethic
16. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
17. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Desired Skills:

3. Ability to lead business process modeling sessions
4. Project Management Institute (PMI) or International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification
5. Lean Six Sigma experience/certification
