Senior Data Analyst Resource with working knowledge of networking and telecommunications technologies required to fulfill the following job responsibilities -
Support the transition from existing meeting platform to new meeting platform
Analyze large and complex data sets to identify migration population based on timeline
Provide formatted data files on time for upload into provisioning system
Create formatted data files for communication of end user changes and migration timeframe
Act as a quality control point to ensure migrated population has adopted new platform by trending usage on new and old platforms
Assist data owners and consumers of system data to maintain the data accuracy and requirements
Report data discrepancies and data exceptions across multiple systems in a timely manner
Create reports to measure progress based on success measures
Develop scripts, macros, and SQL queries for data transformation, enrichment, presentation, and correlation between data sources.
Required Skills:
5-8 years data analysis experience
Demonstrates Analytical Ability, Data Analysis skills
Experience with managing large amounts of data, troubleshooting and improving information systems
Working knowledge of ITIL Process
Data Modeling and writing SQL statements
Strong knowledge of Excel functions and pivot tables
Understand User Experience (end user)
Working knowledge of Networking and Telecommunications technologies
Organized and detail oriented
Display accuracy and thoroughness in all specified responsibilities
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
