Acting as the end-to-end integration owner for new partnerships (leading discussion on standard methodologies, customer experience, and impact of technical implementation decisions) Owning the requirements capturing for new features and partner launches Developing an in-depth understanding of the back-end systems to be able to see around corners and mitigate issues before they occur Supporting day-to-day operational requests from internal and external partners Teaming with finance and reporting teams to improve and grow existing capabilities Transitioning manual processes to automated and scalable ones
