What you will do:

* You will lead your own portfolio of accounts
* You will be responsible to work with the global team innovating new processes, strategies, and procedures
* Establish relationships through recurring contact with accounts
* Work cross-departmentally to improve realized revenue for the company
* Establish corporate contacts and liaisons
* Utilize various collections tools such as Oracle, Salesforce, and other web-based platforms

Who you are:

* Minimum one-year collections, travel industry or sales experience preferred
* Ambitious, goal-oriented attitude
* A hardworking individual who works with minimal direction
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* You are required to speak and write fluently in both English and French
* Solid understanding of basic programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
* Attention to detail, organized, efficient and ability to multi-task
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Dependable, flexible, with the capacity to work in a vibrant, ever-changing environment
* Excellent negotiation skills
