Job Description

The Corporate Sales NA Digital Associate will be responsible for the implementation and flawless execution of the digital calendar and strategy. The Digital Associate will support all digital marketing initiatives and programs through email, paid social, website management, and third-party affiliate campaigns; driving traffic, engagement and ultimately web-to-store conversion. This person will be responsible for analyzing performance and recommending strategic adjustments to drive business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual and positive team collaborator.

The North America Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for:

* Supporting North America Corporate Sales Team by managing day-to-day digital requests, documents and processes as well as assist in the planning and execution of North America digital marketing and campaign programs. Responsible for digital content updates and reporting.
* Maintaining a close relationship with NA Marketing, Sales, Education, Creative/Design, Online and Communications team to execute digital promotional campaigns to support in-store traffic.
* Assist with overseeing omni-channel operational processes required to execute digital promotions in all NA Corporate Sales channel. (Outlets, Company / Employee, GBNF, Warehouse)
* Support on any new Digitals projects and new models that evolve within CS
* Being highly creative and enthusiastic to conceptualize and implement programs that are disruptive while maintaining brand standards

MARKETING 60%

* Work independently and with direction to execute omni-channel content for various digital platforms and programs.
* Assist in the execution of the Marketing strategy, events & activities in the stores and other Corporate Sales channels to drive traffic and conversion at retail
* Execute and deploy emails and various awareness platforms to support Corporate Sales events (Splash, Mall owned websites, Mall owned emails/ SMS pushes)
* Ability to engage, connect and build an audience across multiple channels

* Report on performance metrics on a weekly basis and recommend adjustments (Search, Website, CRM/ Email, Social, Digital Pre-Order Form, Affiliates, etc.)
* Participate in 360 planning and own digital calendar; support on CS Website maintenance, creative, social (Instagram and Facebook) & digital marketing programs
* Program familiarity for organic social - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, Social Content Editing Apps (e.g. Splice, Video Crop, Slow Fast)
* Assist with day-to-day social community management, actively engage with brand enthusiasts and identify on brand UGC to use across Corporate Sales digital platforms.
* Amplify brand voice in digital space that builds off brand uniqueness and leverages authentic interactive opportunities.
* Utilize attribution, media mix modelling and planning tools (Google analytics, etc.) to pull audience consumption, competitive reports and forecast effective target goals

PROCESS 30%

* Support the sales weekly bulleting with digital marketing web to store traffic recaps
* Analyse and optimize channel performance on an ongoing basis to ensure performance meets or exceeds targets; present results to marketing leadership.
* Provide Cross-functional partners with assortment recommendations based on digital heat map from product focused emails, digital ads, etc.
* Assist with creating internal communication tools that keep employees informed of digital results that can be used for training/motivating
* Maintain Log with digital campaigns and maintain running results calendar
* Maintain relationships with Global counterparts to seek best practices and share learnings

PRESENTATION / MEETING PREPARATION 10%

* Support Marketing Director with pre-planning and set up for retailer round robin, market, sales and NA CS meetings including preparing presentations, room activations.
* AD hoc support across CS team function when needed

Qualifications
* Must be comfortable with Microsoft excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.)
* Understanding of digital best practices (paid social, web-to-store) and technological capabilities
* Familiarity with web analytics platforms (i.e. Google Analytics)
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Must have good communication skills (articulate ideas and analysis clearly)
* Experience working in a team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment
* Experience with Bronto a plus, but not required
