Job Description

Manages a team of Business Banking Specialists. Accountable for sales leadership and overall management of a team of remote bankers. Recruits, hires, coaches, and manages performance of assigned Business Banking Specialist team, including discipline, counseling and termination. Evaluates and develops relationship management skills in Business Banking Specialist team by conducting regularly scheduled sales meetings and coaching sessions. Actively participates in sales cycle to include joint customer meetings with Business Banking Specialists. Periodically conducts relationship reviews with customers to ensure that they are in the right products and services based on their current needs. Monitors load pipelines and conducts periodic audits and inspections of completed documentation to ensure accuracy. Manages relationships with retail banking, credit partners and other business partners in different business lines in order to enhance existing customer relationships. Grows Business Banking Specialist team net revenue by managing overall customer and portfolio profitability.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of business banking experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Extensive knowledge of sales management strategies
- Considerable knowledge of all business banking products and services
- Strong management, coaching, recruiting and talent-building skills
- Strong new business development and relationship management skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Previous remote and multi-site management experience preferred
- Must be a business leader in local market
