PGIM Operations and Innovation (PGIM O&I) drives digital transformation, modern data analytics, and operational excellence across PGIM in partnership with our business and corporate functions. We are aligned into seven verticals to drive innovative solutions and deliver operational services that contribute to PGIM being a world-class investment manager. Our Role:

We are looking for a motivated and bright individual like you to fulfill a to be a Business Analyst within our dynamic PGIM O&I Team. You will be responsible for driving innovation and data and analytics initiatives across PGIMs various business. You will partner with multiple business units and translate requirements into specifications, have attention to detail and ability to research new ideas and innovative solutions. Your curiosity about emerging trends and practices will stimulate brainstorming discussions with a group of like-minded professionals. Your Impact:

* Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units (Finance, Marketing, HR) to analyze new data strategy developments and evolving business requirements, new systems and enhancement of existing systems for data strategy
* Work with Data & Analytics workstream initiative teams and develop requirement documents and delivery roadmaps
* Evaluate new applications and identifies requirements
* Explore and research new ideas in partnership with PGIM businesses, PruVen and corporate innovation teams.
* Identify the gaps between the future-state and current-state information architecture and work with other enterprise architects to develop plans for moving toward the future state.
* Socialize information management technologies and provide in-project consultation to show the way using new data exploration methods and technologies
* Partner with clients to create solutions that have meaningful impact to the end users and their organizations

Your Required Skills:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent
* At least 7 years of experience as a project manager or BA in the financial services industry
* Hands-on experience project managing MDM, BI, big data, or data warehouse solutions
* Working knowledge of Data Management concepts
* A desire and capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies
* Experience working on a multi-functional team
* Leading and influencing through teamwork and collaboration
* Information classification expertise at the enterprise level
* An understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information models
* Knowledge of metamodels, taxonomies and ontologies, as well as the challenges of applying structured techniques (data modeling) to less-structured source
* Comfortable working with ambiguity and abstract concepts
