As a User Experience Designer youll help realize opportunities to help simplify, standardize, and automate across connected products and experiences. Youll work in a multidisciplinary agile team alongside business leads, product and delivery managers, tech leads, and developers to help deliver best-in-class, human-centered products and services for Prudential.
Not only will you be excited by the challenge of creating great products across multiple channels, devices, and platforms, but you will also be able to see and own the end-to end journey as well as the detailed outcomes.
You will have a deep understanding of how to design in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, whilst helping transform Prudentials end-to-end product and service conversion and acquisition model.
Responsibilities:
* Attends Design Thinking workshops, conducts UX research
* Solves problems through creating design concepts, prototypes using various design technologies
* Produce visual design assets and components aligned with Prudential's Design System and Playbook
* Refine prototypes from review, testing and feasibility iterations
* Creates development ready assets for digital
* Perform all other duties as required
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience and 3-5 yrs related work experience
* Demonstrated knowledge using multiple Design tools including Adobe XD & Adobe Suite, Sketch, InVision, Figma, Zeplin
* UX research, competitive & comparative, Usability testing, heuristics
* Knowledge of Agile & development languages
* Financial Industry knowledge required, and direct experience are a plus
* Solves UX problems through creating design concepts, prototypes using various design technologies
* Assess business objectives and key constituents needs for slightly larger, more complex customers/accounts
