Praxair Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Associate - Accounts Receivable to join our team located in Pittsburg, CA.
Customer Support Associate - Accounts Recievable

* Answers customer calls in a daily basis and assists our customers in a professional manner with their request on providing invoice copies, proof of delivery. Assist the customer with any billing issue.
* Process credits, rebills, summary billing, dummy invoices and cylinder adjustments as approved by managers.
* Activity log and deduction : Ensure that all accounts issues are documented in the activity log.
* Work with our Cash application on accounts receivables offsets and write offs.
* Process payments and apply to customers accounts. Credit card payments check by phone, etc.
* Other duties as assigned



Qualifications

* High School Diploma required, college or equivalent experience preferred
* Minimum of 2 4 years of Accounts Receivable or collection experience.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and Lotus Notes
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Proficiency in computer systems and computers applications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated
* Ability to work flexible hours
