The Role
Join Avail (Part of The Realtor.com Network) as a Digital Marketer in a dynamic, cross-functional role. Youll work directly on the marketing team, but also with the product, engineering, and design teams. This role is for those who are curious, love testing new ideas, thrive on solving problems, and enjoy being hands-on. Youll have the chance to focus on growth initiatives throughout the marketing funnel, including acquisition, activation, and revenue generation.

* Play a cross-functional role on the Marketing team
* You are full of novel ideas, know how to kill bad ideas, and execute on the best ones fast
* Leverage data and research to help inform decisions
* Support marketing and product team initiatives in varying capacities across multiple channels, being the master in-house generalist.
What will you bring?
Requirements
* Possess an insatiable level of curiosity and willingness self-learn
* Moderate to expert proficiency using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Optimize and other Google tools
* Demonstrable knowledge and understanding various marketing channels and how they work together, include email, content, and paid media
* Experience creating and managing A/B tests, including setting up the test, executing, measuring results, and proposing next steps
* Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Sharp research skills, with the ability to distill only the most important information
* Comfortable setting up events and triggers with pixels and tracking javascripts
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
* Have an attitude of whatever it takes
* 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
Nice to Haves:
* Knowledge and experience working Segment and Mixpanel
* Ability to create analytics dashboards and detailed reports, using Google Data Studio, Sheets, or other tools
* Passion for real estate investing, property management, landlording, or real estate in general
* Knowledge of real estate and/or proptech landscape
* Strong proficiency using tools such as AHREFS and Google Search Console
* Strong proficiency managing projects using Airtable and Trello
This is a full-time position that could be based in Chicago, IL or in one of our offices for the right candidate.
