Skills Architect
What can you expect?
As a skills architect you will shape the way companies look at their job descriptions in a new and informative way.

What is in it for you?
* Mercer is a globally recognized leader in human capital and benefits consulting
* We run many new-hire events and employee networks. Having fun in the work you do comes from being part of a great team and contributing to its success
We will count on you to:
* Analyze skills data from unstructured sources to understand patterns and trends to indicate which skills are relevant for various purposed roles
* Define skills to ensure application of the skills on roles is meaningful to users (is communication a skill that is the same in finance as it is in engineering?)
* Categorize skills by hard, soft, competencies, certifications, experiences, to help clients use skill sets within existing frameworks and various applications
* Learn different taxonomies and create crosswalks between those that differ
What you need to have:
* BA/BS degree
