As the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Studies System Engineering Analysis Manager, you will be the primary Lockheed Martin Point of Contact (POC) for the THAAD Architectural Planning Cell and manage the BMDS Studies team activities.

In this role you will:
Be the Lockheed Martin representative for the THAAD Architectural Planning Cell
Resolve and lead the development of the long-term development roadmap
Lead the BMDS Studies response to Requests for Information (RFI) / Analysis (RFA)
Lead team in the analysis required to respond to RFIs/RFAs
Lead system BMDS Studies technical interchange meetings (TIMs)
Interface and support Internal Research and Development (IRAD) teams as the need arises
Work with the Weapon System Engineering (WSE) team to ensure consistency in analysis
Provide recommendations to WSE team for system model updates required to support future capability performance evaluations
Support proposals as the need arises
Functional manager for the BMDS Studies and IRAD teams

To be successful, you will typically have 14+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering or closely related field, or a combination of proven experience/education
Systems engineering process knowledge
Demonstrated program management
Experience in leading analysis groups, performance system-level analysis
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Experience with the THAAD program or other related programs (Aegis, Patriot, etc.)
Experience with Lockheed Martin system engineering processes
Knowledge of program management, finance, contracts, Earned Value Management (EVM), and demonstrated business insight
