Maria Parham Franklin in Louisburg, NC has an opening for RN Geriatrics. The RN will:
* Plan for 24hr care by assessing, monitoring, and documenting level of functioning, health status, mental status, medical history, medication compliance and treatment needs.
* Interpret and carry out physician orders.
* Responsible for accurate documentation and maintaining complete records.
* Accept responsibility for updating and increasing skills and knowledge through training and continuing education.
* Supervise and evaluates assigned staff and directs work assignments.
* Assists in orientation of new employees.
Job Requirements
Required Education:
Completion of a Nursing Diploma Program or Associates degree innursing is required.
Bachelors in Nursing is preferred.
Required License/Certification:
* Valid NC RN License
* BLS required and provided
Hospital approved Behavioral Management Program will be provided.
