Associate Director, Delivery Enablement Lead

Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Enablement Lead to join our Global Delivery Network Americas team.

Responsibilities:

* Administer, deploy and evolve the processes, tools and methodology related to creating a bridge between the offshore Global Delivery Centers and the Regional and local delivery teams
* Actively represent Americas region in continuous improvement of global delivery enablement capabilities and operations, to drive engagement profitability in-country and global operating cost efficiency
* Lead multiple teams, along with onshore and offshore development team members with regards to sprint planning, release planning and work prioritization across the Powered Solutions team; validate resource mix and schedule for opportunities
* Accountable for the overall performance of offshore delivery teams supporting engagement delivery across Americas region
* Understand, interpret and communicate consolidated regional demand signal for offshore resources to inform planning across all global delivery center capabilities
* Responsible for final validation of resource requests and availability for engagements, overseeing coordination with global delivery centers

Qualifications:

* Minimum seven years of recent experience leading cloud based managed services engagements
* Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
* Strong experience working with and managing offshore teams at technical lead capacity, conducting requirements / design walk-throughs, reviews and providing support throughout the life cycle of engagements
* Familiarity with the Powered Enterprise methodology/tools, along with a certain level of Powered accreditation preferred
* Strong drive to find solutions to complex problems that may span multiple service, functional and technical groups; end to end ownership for integration seamlessly working with source and partner system owners
* Strong experience working with multiple projects starting with requirements review to estimation to delivering quality services on time
