Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Billing Tax Technician to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice.
Responsibilities:
* Support engagement set up and billing process; from opportunity and engagement set up, to billing and engagement closeout
* Coordinate engagement set up with engagement team, risk management, ESA's and EMC's
* Upon direction and approval by management, assist if needed in creating pricing workbooks during engaging set up
* Prepare client bills in accordance to agree upon schedule
* Download client engagement details and analyze key metrics (KPIs) and reconcile engagement and investment reports
* Coordinate with engagement team and EMC's to adjust ERP's as necessary and close out engagements upon completing
Qualifications:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college/university
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; SharePoint experience is preferred, Alteryx experience
* Demonstrates ability to execute a quality work product
* Precise attention to details and meets assigned deliverable deadlines
* Strong great writing skills and analytical skills
* Time management, client service, teaming, organizational and problem-solving skills
