Function: Accounting / Finance
Title: Part-Time Student-Accounting-Fargo ND - 70264

The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule.

Your Responsibilities

* General accounting and auditing activities including accounts receivable/payable processing
* Daily accounting activities that occur at a manufacturing facility including month end closing processes, month end reconciliations, etc
* Special project assignments such as special account analysis, SOX testing internal controls and internal audit testing to meet corporate and SOX compliance requirements
* Assist with Travel and Expense report auditing

What It Takes

* Majoring in Accounting preferred; others may apply
* Must be a full-time student at an accredited university
* Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
* Graduation date of May 2022 or later
* Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
* 16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year
* 35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Two years of university courses that include accounting principles courses

A Strong Candidate Will Also Have

* Experience working with spreadsheets & MicroSoft Excel
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
