Job Duties:

1. Conduct research and analysis including mathematical models, technical models and industry research
2. Consult with clients around IT systems, processes, user needs and relevant data to suggest and implement solutions
3. Evaluate IT developments and evolving business requirements by communicating with clients
4. Track records of delivering projects that meet business objectives as well as time, budget and quality guidelines. Develop and maintain data and summarized data into results.
5. Drive interaction with business owners, SMEs and project team members, collaborating to identify, develop, and document potential business and technology solutions
6. Identify, evaluate, communicate and track project related issues, risks, assumptions, actions and decisions
7. Support and perform data storage implementations, validations and data migrations
8. Assist with development of new practice related materials
9. Examine information to figure out what the technical problems are and suggest solutions or methods to analyze the information and prevent future problems.
10. Work with Insight teammates including Developers, Engineers, Sales, and Business Requirements to ensure timely delivery of product and coordination of technology resources at client locations.
11. Serve as a licensing expert on manufacturers products, programs, competition, and the industry.
12. Provide licensing and product reporting to Sales as needed to execute on contract reporting requirements.
13. Travel: Up to 40% domestic travel

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week (Hours Vary)

Job Requirements:

Education Requirements: Bachelors in Software Engineering, IT or Mathematics

Experience Requirements: 2 years in job offered or consulting services analyst

Special skills requirements:

1. Review and document clients existing datacenter hardware cabinet design. Assist with the design of new hardware cabinets and provide associated documentation.
2. Conduct customer facing application and server discovery interviews with application and server managers as well as subject matter experts. Document detailed information specific to the migration methodology. Create specific meeting presentations.
3. In excel, using the collected data, create many formulas and pivot tables to validate the discovery data. Determine gaps and follow process for closure of those gaps.
4. Review and compile in Excel the collected customer data into logical groups taking into account critical business dependencies
5. Using the detailed plans developed, facilitate and lead the customer through the data migration process. Document any issues that arise and document the solution used to fix any issue.
6. VBA & Macros, pivot tables, pivot charts, dashboards, logical and conditional formatting functions such as: Vlookup
