Summary:
Technical Support position providing top-notch customer support for our customers employees in a challenging and diverse environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer first support for a fast-growing business group of 5000+ employees from one of our customers multiple locations. Possess the skillsets to perform as a Technical Support Analyst in a team-centric, fast paced, technically complex support environment. Strong emphasis focused on strong technical abilities supporting PC / Mac / Mobile platforms is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification or military experience
- Senior Support Technician: 1-2+ years experience required
* Top notch customer focused support
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Engaged in cross-train efforts amongst peers where applicable
* Contribute to site level operational readiness, process improvements
* Effectively manages up as needed
* Self-aware of gaps in skills, works to improve
* Frequent collaboration with site lead, acting as back-up when delegated to
* Cross platform collaboration with immediate peers
- Technical qualifications: 1-3 years experience
* El Capitan / Sierra / Win 7, Win 10
* MS Office (PC & Mac)
* iPhone / Android hardware
* Airwatch / GOOD for Business
* Communicator / Skype for Business (PC & Mac)
* System image deployment, maintenance, software and system testing, encryption and security tools (McAfee and FileVault)
* Active engagement with partnering support teams (enterprise wide)
* Platform management, integration (JAMF Casper Suite, SCCM)
* Detailed experience working with SLA, ticketing tools & reporting (Zendesk, HPSM, or Service Now)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science
- Technical qualifications: 2+ years experience
* Active Directory services integration
* Defining, implementing, and leveraging process mgmt. functions (change, incident, problem, etc.)
* Certifications: Apple / Windows
* Virtualization technologies (VMWare tools, Fusion, ESX)
* OS X Server administration
* Software Development, automation and scripting
* Developed and delivered training content (lead training sessions)
* Technical writing Creating, maintaining process / procedures
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk between 5,000-10,000 steps per day
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
