Be part of a global project and program management office (PMO) to develop, manage, and monitor an effective project and portfolio management methodology. Play a key role in driving methods, process, and tools in support of the IGS Project Management Organizations goals. Ensure cross-functional alignment through clear and documented processes and procedures.
You will be a focal point for developing project processes, training, best practices, and standards for excellence in contract design and execution. Your efforts will ensure the organizations project teams are focused, aware, capable, and strongly supported to ensure customer success. You will develop, distribute, and monitor project process and governance requirements to ensure compliance within the project teams, and you will identify training needs for project managers, project coordinators, and other project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop global standards throughout the project execution organization to drive improve in working capital
Liaise with project organization and business leadership to develop and align methodology, processes and best practices for contract matters
Coach and train the project management organization on techniques and methods resulting in improved commercial outcomes
Develop global processes and templates, aligning with local requirements
Lead organizational project management process alignment efforts
Develop, align, and deploy metrics and KPIs
Lead key contract negotiations
Manage organizational process changes through collaborative communication
Support the PMO training team to create project management education programs
Collaborate with the project organization to drive efficiency that improves overall effectiveness
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 10-years of contract negotiation experience in a project or construction focused company
WE VALUE
Project Management Certification and/or five (5) years of Project / Program management experience
Experience collaborating with global teams in a diverse cultural environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience writing contracts and/or proposals
Proven track record of establishing procedures, best practices and associated compliance

Ability to make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment
