Position Overview:

Freddie Macs Single Family Strategic Delivery, Data, and Operations Division is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for an Operations Change Management Professional position. In this role, the individual will be responsible to process issuance, monthly loan level data disclosures, bond administration reconciliation and payments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an innovative thinking to solve issues, can execute with diligence and limited direction and can independently settle and develop approaches to ensure accuracy or solutions to issues, be flexible with after hour tasks, and is comfortable to work across divisions to solve data issues. **This position can be performed currently from a remote location in the U.S. but will require presence in a Freddie Mac office in the future.***



Our Impact:

The group is responsible for the operational processes that support the Credit Risk Transfer (CRT) businesses which includes processing issuance, monthly disclosures, monthly bond administration reconciliation and payments.

Your Impact:

* Ability to interpret business requirements/deal documents and apply correctly to Principal and Interest Calculations.

* Ability to support SOX/Compliance documentation requirements and to provide audit requests

* Ability to execute multiple business processes in a timely manner with tight deadlines

* Interact and communicate effectively with the business and other upstream or downstream partners to resolve issues and/or understand unique business transactions

* Demonstrate ownership of process, problems/issues, or requests from start to finish.

* Follow and maintain detailed procedures using varied and complex systems and databases

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

* Typically has 2-4 years related experience

* Candidate must be self-motivated, proactive, and have excellent organizational and planning skills

* Knowledge of Freddie Mac Securitization products and processes

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and understand SQL
