Egencias global design team is seeking a User Experience Designer III who has a passion for travel innovation, can transform complexity into transparency, and leads by doing.

The design team structure is a blended model. All design at Egencia belongs to a centralized design team that delivers a globally unified product and brand identity. Designers also belong to pod teams of product management, development, and research, working as one to ship entire lines of business.

What you'll do with us:

* This role will lead design will lead design for our travel management reporting tool.
* Design high-fidelity, mobile-first solutions in Figma

* Advocate for best practices for data visualization and dashboard design

* Simplify complex use cases and user flows to modernize the our admin reporting tools

* Work within our EG wide Design system and lead the reporting team's migration to React

* Partner with Product managers, developers, and analytic teams both across the product and in your product domain

* Translate discovery and research insights into new hypotheses.

* Collaborate with engineers to determine concept feasibility.

* Test viability with users and product partners.

* Advocate for and educate teams on WCAG Accessibility Guidelines

Who you are:

* Demonstrated background in data visualization, and dashboard design

* Demonstrated experience working with administrative and/or reporting tools

* Proficient in Figma

* At an expert level with with mobile first design for a variety of devices.

* Deep design systems knowledge

* Fluent in Design thinking

* Understand and promote UX Design best practices and research

* Knowledgeable of industry, competitive, complementary products.

* Familiar with Agile, iterative design.

* Able to demonstrate user research and testing experience

* Familiar with WCAG Accessibility Guidelines
