Job Description
Technical Applications & Systems Analyst
Key Role:
Analyze, design, and integrate information systems and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and development software. Apply knowledge of structured analysis and design methodologies to the translation of systems requirements from business needs. Evaluate cost factors and risks.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with analyzing and designing information systems and software
-Knowledge of structured analysis and design methodologies
-Ability to translate systems requirements to business needs
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED and 18+ years of experience with systems analysis or BA or BS degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or IT and 5+ years of experience with systems analysis
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Public Trust clearance
