What will you do?
* Reads job specifications from the Batch Production Record to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
* Observes machine operation. Makes adjustments as needed. Takes samples of product and performs in process testing.
* Performs all checks as required and documents activities. Is responsible for maintaining all required documentation in accordance with the Work Instructions of Banner Pharmacaps.
* Assists Set-Up person to set up machine, empty basket and clean and prepare machine for changeover. Also assists with the actual changeover.
* Notifies Lead Operator when issues occur with equipment or product. Is responsible for correcting issues effecting product quality.
* Spreads product as required.
* Assists with clean up and other Encapsulation duties as needed. May perform other reasonable, related business duties.
