Job Description
Position Summary
Employee is responsible for the direct oversight of front-line employees on his or her designated shift for the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport Parking Operations. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met.
Essential Duties
Provide excellent customer service by finding solutions to customers needs within established polices and procedures.
Ensure that future schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.).
Ensure all call-offs are covered.
Manage daily schedules and accommodate increased/decreased client staffing requests.
Manage employee lunches and breaks.
Communicate with Operations Managers on a frequent basis regarding operations.
Maintain daily shift report for managers.
Maintain communication with other Shift Managers/Supervisors to maintain optimum staffing levels.
Effectively coach, counsel and discipline employees.
Set positive, professional example for workforce.
Ensure supervisor and front-line employee compliance with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities.
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Some college course work or equivalent work experience preferred.
Three (3) years management or equivalent work experience preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must submit to and pass a drug screen and MVR.
Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal, including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
Experience working with Union staff a plus.
