Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health treatment and academic excellence to children, adolescents and young adults. Established in 1964, Foundations Behavioral Health provides treatment in a homelike environment located on a 12 acre campus in Bucks County, PA. Foundations provide a full continuum of care for children, adolescents, and young adults spanning hospitalization to outpatient and academic services.
Foundations Behavioral Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for our 62 bed Residential Treatment Facility. The ideal candidate will possess progressive experience as a nurse, including supervisory experience in a bed based behavioral health setting. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for oversight and management of patient care needs, and assuring adherence to all nursing policies and procedures throughout the various RTF buildings. Responsibilities will include training and orientation, ongoing supervision and evaluation of nurses. The position works closely with nursing leaders and other hospital leaders to provide managerial support to daily operations of the inpatient units.

Qualifications
RN - Registered Nurse, licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required, (BSN preferred) and three years previous supervisory experience in a in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
