The Horsham Clinic is a 206 bed private behavioral health care facility located on a beautiful 55-acre suburban campus. We are minutes from Philadelphia and we serve Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The Horsham Clinic provides comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. Programs and services are located on the main campus in Ambler, Pennsylvania, as well as satellite day hospital programs in Springfield, Pennsylvania, Delaware County. The Program Coordinator must demonstrate flexibility and the knowledge and management skills required to manage an Adult Partial Program. The Program Coordinator must also possess good business sense in order to build and grow the Adult Partial Program. Exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent/aggressive behavior.

The Program Coordinator has responsibility for all program activities, experience with groups, case management and treatment services provided in assigned program. The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient clinical programming, staffing, selection and supervision of core and variable staff, budgeting, leadership, and compliance with hospital and regulatory agency standards. The Program Coordinator promotes patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of The Horsham Clinic.

Qualifications

Master's level with license LCSW, LPC, or MFT. 4 years clinical and supervisory experience with a psychiatric mental health population, trauma training, 2 to 3 years management and leadership experience preferred. Excellent verbal, written communication, and good computer skills. Prefered knowledge of general and psychiatric principles in program patient population, bio psychosocial treatment strategies, leadership skills, age specific growth and development, limit setting, crisis and behavior management.
