Responsibilities

The Digital, Analytics, and Strategic Data Initiative area in Enterprise Technology is seeking candidates to research, measure, analyze and communicate the value of outcomes with an internal & external customer centric approach. Candidates selected will partner with the Enterprise Technology Product Suite for Digital Experience.

Note: This position will have a 12- month incumbency period, beginning on the effective date of the position, which must be met before the employee can post for any other lateral State Farm position. Employees may be considered for leadership or Technology Engineer openings at any time, and a promotional position within the same job structure (i.e. Professional/Technical or Paraprofessional/Support) after 6 months from the effective date of the position. In these cases, the remaining incumbency would be waived. The incumbency period does not affect the at-will relationship between State Farm and the employee and does not create an employment contract, nor contractual rights.

Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following skillsets is desired:

* Knowledge of Digital Self-Service Capabilities
* Current experience working with data in support of digital self service and provide actionable insights for Digital Experience Product Teams and business partners
* Current experience with one or more of the following:
* SQL
* SAS
* SAS-EG
* Hadoop
* Python
* AWS
* Tableau
* Qliksense
* Adobe Analytics
* Experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, generate insights/recommendations, and measure success
* Customer experience focused mindset to support Digital Self-Service capabilities and experience
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
