The Role

The Senior Director Information Security leads a team of Practice Directors and is responsible for the ownership of our professional services client experience & project management execution, from engagement scoping, and overall service delivery for our customers. This is a senior position requiring project/customer management skills, technical knowledge, and professional services management skills. Primary responsibility to oversee the organization's daily business activities. You will be responsible for managing its resources, developing, and implementing an operational plan and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly. Additionally, the Senior Director regularly evaluates organizational efficiency and makes necessary changes to maximize staff productivity.

Responsible for operationalizing a competitive portfolio of security capabilities and technologies that we develop, partner for, or acquire to ensure our offerings are differentiated and market relevant. Requires advanced technical/industry knowledge and span of control. Position is both deep in content and broad in scope.

The Main Responsibilities

* Leads and manages a team of Security Operations Practice Directors; hires and retains the right talent in the right roles; sets goals, delegates work, holds reports accountable; develops and empowers direct reports to make decisions and take action.
* Assist with sales activities for pro-services portions of deals, including presentations, RFP responses, scoping and proposal/SOW generation. Effectively interact with sales organization during the pre-sales and post-sales (delivery) phases.
* Manages all aspects of the portfolio's delivery cost and profitability. Understands and actively manages all levers that impact service delivery including opex, netex, capex, resources,.
* Develops and enhances service delivery, fulfillment processes and tools to ensure repeatability and standardization; process management; alerting, escalation and management of risks; SLAs and KPIs; templates and process flow.
* Delivery of the operations of Professional Security Services through direct reports using internal resources or partners
* Project champion during the implementation phase for Professional Security Services customers leading a matrixed team from other practices to ensure customer success.
* Partner with product management to drive messaging, value proposition, pricing, and improvements and automation of the process to increase speed to market, agility and drive higher margins
* Drives initiatives covering delivery performance, service improvements, quality, and process maturity. Identify, develop, enhance, and manage related process, tools and profitability.
* Negotiates business terms and conditions of customer contracts. Gathers and prioritizes customer requirements and benchmarks company products to competitor products to evangelize the portfolio roadmap.
* The Senior Director of Professional Security Services should be viewed as an industry expert in their particular discipline with a broad understanding of the technologies relevant to customers that buy our services including SIEM, SOC, IR, EDR, and Security Consulting.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Experience

* At least 15+ years in industry relevant role
* Experience developing and certifying products for Federal buyers strongly desired

Education

* Education Level: Bachelor's Degree; MBA or advanced degree desired
* Field of Study: Finance, Business, Security, Engineering, IT
