This position is part of our Connected Services segment and is located in Allen Park, Michigan.

Summary:

Aptiv is seeking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern, with an eye for creativity, to support the Sr. HR Representative in day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
The HR Intern of an agile organization will have multi-faceted responsibilities to build and maintain a highperformance team. In this role you will have exposure to talent planning, HRIS, employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, PTO, immigration, and communication cadences.

Responsibilities:

* Assists with processing of onboarding and offboarding cycles

* Provides support with the optimal function of the HRIS, which includes maintenance and data accuracy

* Cultivates ideas, plans, and oversees aspects of recurrent activities and packages to boost employee engagement

* Manages and generates various themed announcements to ensure an effective communication strategy

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):

* Pursuing a bachelors degree in human resources or related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to handle data with high confidentiality

* Ability to function well in a high-paced, team-oriented hybrid model environment

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
